Video 2: Evans’ attack on the Etna Township Offices he uses an employees password to ransack her emails and computer? This was also a physical altercation with John Singleton. February 6, 2023. He bullys Laura out and takes over her computer. Clip below, full video below that.

Evans attacks the township. Ryan Davis is the lookout. Evans rummages through Laura Browns desk and takes pictures of what he finds interesting (Evans twists Singleton’s wrist @ 6:02 in this cut down and 15:51 on the full video below). This video has the Stop-Action shot of Evans twisting Singleton’s wrist.

StopEvansPac has provided a stop action shot of Evans twisting John’s wrist. Near the end of the full video, Evans is coaching Davis after Davis said, “No, he did not lunge at you, he was closing the laptop.” Laura had called John and asked him to close it. Evans shuts off the body cam and presumably makes a deal with Ryan Davis. Did Davis’ statement change? Did that have anything to do with Ryan’s appointment to the NCA board as president? Mark, Gary, and Ryan say Ryan was appointed by the County commissioners but guess who recommended Ryan? The other two participants in this attack, Gary and Mark. Politics as usual. When a Facebook participant questioned all this, Ryan said, “People don’t care about this.” This is one of Mark’s favorite lies, that John Singleton attacked him!

On the full video link below, you can see and hear the sheriff’s questions, but Evans turned the body cam off before we hear his deal. Notice on the tape before the end, I think Mark or Ryan asks, “Did you call Gary?” Mark withheld the tape until a former friend released it. At 7:11 on this and 15:52, you can see Mark tidying up the “crime scene” as he leaves Singleton and says he should be fired and that he is despicable. In other words, it’s his usual. Keep in mind, he attacked on Feb 6, 2023, for records requested as a resident (personality #2), he switched a lot, only 48 hours earlier.

This is the full video, notice Ryan, while Evans is trying to coach and shape his testimony says, “no he didn’t lunge over the desk, he was shutting Laura’s laptop.” Evans shuts off his camera finally to continue to coach Ryan.

This is the full video. In a sad way, it is kind of funny. Trustee Evans, like Barney Fife, is on a mission and kind of talks to himself and narrates. Note where he talks aloud (apparently to record) that he is switching from resident to “trustee.” It would have been cool if he had a shirt to rip open that said, “SUPER TRUSTEE!” Da da dot dot da! This is, on the whole, boring, but illustrative. The attack on Singleton is about 15:51 and 6:02 in the short video above, where StopEvansPac paid for a stop action freeze of the video so you can see what Evans did. The verbal attack on Laura Brown is immediate upon walking in, bullying, and trying to set up his version of “insubordination.” We assume this is why he repeats endlessly that Singleton “LUNGED” over the desk at him. Between Ryan Davis’ initial statement on tape (he was just closing Laura’s laptop) and the stop-action video (7:12 ), you can see who attacked whom. The “SINGLETON LUNGED AT ME” lie is one of Evans’ favorites trotted out at every meeting.
